Ban the scare threads.

After alot of posting of scare threads and alot of objections to them, I think it is time that we vote to ban them.

Alot of you think it is harmless fun. Well threads like that have been know to cause fits, and they have been cases where people have died. Around 5 out of every 100 people are effected by epilepsy, and alot more have hart conditions where if there hart beat gets to high it can kill. Shame that some of you, EVEN after knowing this where willing to put a fellow members life at risk. Think it won't effect any of us, you would be wrong, for one Clutch has a weak hart, and I believe matthezombie is prone to fits. Here is what Clutch has said.

If the title of a thread is "Oh wow look at this photo PS: Don't click on the link if you have epilepsy or a weak hart" then people will know it is a scare thread.

Everything is a danger to someone, on the internet too. If you know certain things on the internet can harm you then don't go on the computer. It's not our fault if an epileptic decides to click on a random link and ends up having a seizure. The internet is a dangerous place

The internet is full of dickhead moves like this. Whether it's gore videos, shock videos or scare videos, you DO NOT know who will view it. We could of had a new member to the SRH community who have a medical condition, look at one of the threads with a misleading title and click the link. They end up having a seizure, or their heart stops. You just don't know, so why the fuck would you endanger someone's health just for a little laugh.

Why should someone stay off the internet because of that? If someone puts a fake title with a link to something like that, how is the person with the medical condition supposed to know? That's their own fault, but it's not their fault when there's no disclaimer. It makes it even worse when people respond to it with positive comments towards it, encouraging it and misleading the viewer even more.

I think it's fucked up, so I'm voting to have it be a warnable/bannable forum offence if there is no disclaimer saying that it will have those effects. That's my two-cents. Like it or not.

Jesus Christ, flashy lights could happen anywhere, in a car, watching tv, ESPECIALLY on the fuckin' Internet, loading pages, watching videos, anything to do with electronics.
