Elder's are superadmins who are inactive, there's no more or less to it, its to show they are superadmins of the community but aren't around or active much anymore.

Yes, but the elder award should be for older members, handing it out for being inactive is pretty stupid. I mean, the definition of elder basically means "a person that is old".
