I officially rename it Mount Digital-time-telling-hill-thing-that-Burn-made... It's a bit long winded but it works.

Only way to do that would be pistons pushing blocks out where the clock's hands are supposed to be, since you cannot move block in that fashion in minecraft. (atleast, not yet)
That would be difficult, because not only the intended piston is being powered, but the one below it too. Spoiler:

it would need a radial of 60 blocks connected to 8 cables need 2 computers for that, kind of hard
