It was released on the 20th. (Yesterday) for me. I played it all day, my computer is shit and I could barely handle it but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The massive scale battles are fucking fun as hell, except when your squad/platoon is completely oblivious to what's going on. Then it sucks.
