Windows 98
I'm posting this very thread from my grandma's windows 98 computer.
It feels so good to be on this machine because of the simplicity of it.
The "New Thread" Button disapears when I go to a certain topic so i have to modify the URL to post a thread.

What was your first computer/system you bought or used?
Now excuse me i must go play solitare and mwjn titans.

Fucking windows 98

I started on it, and then got xp.

Spoiler:
Why hello there insanity
The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate its contents. We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far. The sciences, each straining in its own direction, have hitherto harmed us little; but some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the deadly light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.

I had a badass IBM Laptop with win95 on it. Had like half an hour of battery life on it because the battery wasnt lithium so if i charged it all night it would lose the max time it can last :/ . Learnt my lesson

I remember those. I have an old ass laptop from my dad that can't even hold battery anymore. Thing is massive too.

Same here

Spoiler:
Yep, hand to hand combat is the old school way to kill your enemies. Killing a man with your bare hands says, "We're all equals as men, except I'm slightly more equal because I'm still alive and you're dead." Of course, dropping a nuke on them from fifty thousand feet is totally acceptable. I mean, let's face it, there just not enough time in this world to show everybody the courtesy of a good strangling.
Sarge, RvB.
There's an order to this, Simmons! We can't abandon protocol just because we have an advantage! We have to give him a chance to see the errors of his Blue ways! To lay down his arms and meet us as his fellow men at the table of peace, where we can work together towards a better world... a world that's better because we poisoned his food at that table and stabbed him in the eye with a fork and taken all his stuff. Sarge, RvB.
