Could use some help
I need some help finding places to advertise a minecraft server, Usually trying the most popular websites (Planetminecraft, Minecraftforums , Youtube (Ohgod) etc. But so far is only giving me a low 5 people when I try my hardest, any places that will get me AT LEAST 10 people?

I suggest making a thread on Minecraftforum, bump it occasionally to bring in new members and reward your active players for voting on those advertisements that you need to vote for. They will vote of course because people love getting free shit for little time taken to do something, more voting = more players will see it.

When I advertised my server it brought along a ton of idiots and greifers. I do not recommend it.
