I highly doubt there was ever a credible organization that set up something as pointless and inaccurate as VOTING for the best country in the world.

There's the HDI, where both Japan and Canada has been on top certain years, but Norway has topped 9 out of 11 times this century.

We have private clinics as well, for those who wish. The freeness isn't MANDATORY.

Norway sabotaged Germany's heavy water supply during WW2. They might very well have developed the atom bomb if we hadn't.

Being useless is a very relative term.
Useful to who? America?
I'd rather we be as little useful to the US as possible.
Their imperialistic attitude is the cause of most trouble in the world.
Unrest in the middle-east? The US did it.
Unrest in Africa? The US did it.
Unrest in South America? The US definitely did that.
This is true for a very high percentage of the cases. The US is a big power, and uses their power to play "world police", which is a cover for making money off of poor countries.
