when you right click on a person with the stunstick, then person get's stunned / knocked out (cannot do anything for a few seconds).
But you cannot kill that person then.

and when you bleed out while stunned you'll respawn at the exact same position as where you were stunned.

I think the invincible part of the stun is actually meant to be there, so if a cop is stunning someone to check/arrest them. No one can randomly run up and shoot them or get killed in some non RP way.

The respawn thing is weird.

Well if you're in a raid as an cp and you stunstick them all, then you want them dead / arrested and not standing up and shooting you.

you can stun jump off a building and be okay

You have to stun them to arrest them, if you hold C and right click the body the options are there.
