Why you should be unbanned: Ok so it was my sister playing DarkRP when she made this E2 where it would shoot bottles, and she made a sniper, and a pistol. Due to her memory she remembered some of the admins liking the idea, funny none the less. She then remember Legal telling her to not shoot it so fast or she may be autobanned for it. A few minutes later she was perma banned for the E2. Matt then checked the logs and told her that she was permabanned, even though she wasn't shooting it every milisecond.


Any supporting evidence/additional information: Shows up in logs. Proof told by Mattthezombie.

Currently, there are no logs to look at, however this appeal will be given a verdict when the server is launched (with logs), or when logs are available themselves.

Thank you. I would like to be unbanned so bad because this is the server I go on basically everyday............. This is the only reason I play Gmod nowadays. Because SRH is awesome. Will I have all my Respected stuff too?

You are responsible for your account. And i have told you at least twice that prop shooting E2's are banned. Though i don't recall banning you so someone else must have done it.

I am going to say I am alright to this unban but I would like if any e2 abuse from this user no mater how small that the user's access to e2 is revoked.

I recall as to why you were banned. You had a sniper that shot e2 bottles and were warned numerous times by multiple admins that it wasn't allowed because it spammed console and lagged a little because of all the bottles braking. As far as you not recalling if it spammed or not I recall there being a page of that damn prop bottle being spammed.

Doesn't really matter, according to the rules on E2: Don't use E2 to propspam, propthrow or proppush players.
Look up the mega thread in DarkRP discussions. You should be aware that the E2 was not allowed to use.
You denied that and you denied some verbal warnings.

First of there hasn't been made a decision by the EC. Phoenix claimed it so he will be responsible for that.
And he can only do that once we have our logs back.

you're right Sonny, it should've been DISCUSSED by more than 1 admin if it was an RP fault (kinda big one i guess)
because banned does not mean revoking of respected and E2
Or
an E2 fault that revoked it automatically (i guess)
