[REQ] Only player on server, select any job.
In the old DarkRP voting system, you were able to select any job providing you were the only player on the server. If you were the only player on the server, you could become CP or Mayor (and any other jobs that required voting) instantly.

when i tried to be cp a bit ago it automatically said vote failed
