[BUG] /admin doesn't work

Maybe it's just not implemented yet but /admin <message> doesn't seem to work, I tried it but nothing happened and after a little while I just got the message "no admins could respond etc etc"

it works, i believe.
i think how it works is that it randomly picks an admin for the report to be assigned to, and the admin has to claim that report, if they don't, then it gets all filled up and if every admin on the server doesn't answer the report, then the next one will be unavailable.

probably wrong, but still worth mentioning.

I thought everyone got the message and the first to claim it got to handle it, that seems to be a better system to me at least

nope, pretty sure that's not how it works currently, that, or it's broken or not working to what's its supposed to do, aka broken.
