[BUG] Fire is impossible

Whenever a prop catches fire, and you as an EMS try to extinguish it, as soon as you've finished extinguishing it, it'll immediately re-catch fire again.

It's impossible to put out a fire, everything keeps relighting because of the prop next to it, and when you try to extinguish that prop, that prop just re-lights because the prop next to it is on fire, thus causing the endless loop of infinite fire.
