If you vote now, the AFK votes are counted too, so that's not a fair vote.

6 people total with 2 afk (and 1 is yourself.

2 NO votes (default) so if 1 person votes no, you can't be a vote job.

If you don't vote it doesn't count as a "no" vote it counts as no vote at all. All it does is simply check whether the number of yes votes is greater than the number of no votes, if you don't vote then your vote simply isn't counted at all.
