[BUG] Minor "can hear you" spawn problem
Whenever you spawn, you see the "can hear you" text line at the bottom left of your screen, now, I believe this is only supposed to show when you have your mic on.

I'm pretty sure it is only suppose to show up either when you have your mic on or have the chat window opened.
