Why it should be removed: Like i said to the admin he was going to jail me for having a tmp i hit him so he would chase me away from the combine check point so i could kill him away from others cops.

You spawned a weapon, punched a cop to get attention and then shot him to death.
Yes he was trying arrest you, but that was because you punched him, but there was totally no reason for you to punch him.

The cop wasn't even aware of you.
You spawned your TMP AFTER you respawned and AFTER you got through the blokkade.

How is it NLR?

1. That guy did not kill me.
2. I think it was dave who killed me.
3. Yes i said in OOC i was going to kill him but that was a joke like i always do(ask wazzy davethehuman and elmo all players i said i would kill but never did.

I spawned a TMP to protect my self and the cop did not see me spawn it nor did i spawn it to kill a cop or to kill that cop. I only killed him because he SAW me with a tmp and at the time the law said guns bigger then a pistol are banned. Yes i was away from the check point but i was still on the same road so if i had killed there the CPs at the check point would of seen me. I have valid reason for what i did and the reason i appealed it straight away os because i think it was an un fail warning seeing how what i did not brake the server rules. So here is the full story:

I spawned then went past the check point. I was still on the same road as the chrck point so i went into a home and spawned a TMP for protection. The cp saw i had it out so i hit him to get him away from the checkpoint. I ran round to the gun shop where i stopped. He weapon checked me so i killed him. So can i just ask if it was RDP why did u not freeze me? Why did u wait until i killed him? I had valid reasons for my actions.

Well if you did not kill you killer, it's not NLR (though you came back to the place you died and made a scene there.)

You're saying it yourself that you he didn't see you spawn it, but you walked up to him and punched him, attracting his attention.

The checkpoint was on the corner in front of the PD and the CP was at the corner at the yellow warehouse (yes still in the same street, but not very visible).

You didn't spawned it in a house, but in the cove around the corner of the checkpoint.

But surely when i broke one server rule you are supposed to stop me and not wait until i brake more? (not saying that i did)

How do i cross the line? I have a valid reason for what i did. He saw me with the TMP out i hit him to get him away from the other cps he weapon checked me and was about to jail me so i killed him.

Tell me where i broke the rules?

It sounds like the warning should stay at least for the time being, as a reminder that toeing the line isn't a good idea in cases where our rules aren't very clear, its best to avoid a confrontation where nlr would come into play.

While impossible to prove intent, the fact is you came back armed to your point of death and killed someone.

Appeal denied.
