[BUG] E2 Chat executing one too many times

[BaconManRules]

I was testing the E2 Chat extension and it would send execute twice in the same instance if I typed normally without any commands, but only execute once when used with commands besides the weird instance of the /normal command. Look below for pictures.





The CurTime() is repeated after each received line.
