Why: First off, I was not RDMing.
I'll give you the whole story.
I was a missionary, and I walked up to the mayor, ( Burnacid ), asking " Have you accepted Jesus as your lord and saviour? "
He answered something like " No, I do not believe in Jesus. I believe in myself "
I then bought a gun, walked up to him, and said " This is for not believing in Jesus... JEESUUUUSS ", and fired two rounds into his head killing him.
After that I was frozen, and asked " Why did you kill me? " I typed " This is for not believing in Jesus... JEESUUUUSS " in quotes.
I was then warned for RDM
Now, to why it was not RDM.
I killed him for a reason, not believing in christianity, so, in other words, I was a crazy christian terrorist, who pretty much suicide attacked the mayor, to stop him from spreading atheism to the world.

Psst, that happens all the time in the real world.

If I am wrong abotu this, and taht was RDM, I am sincerely sorry, for what I have done, and do actually regret doing so.
Back when I used to actively play on teh server, it was said taht rules may be broken for teh sake of good rp, which this was, but no ruels have even been broken.
One again, I wish ot repeat, that in case I have somehow broken the rules, I did not do it on purpose, and will not repeat my mistake again.

This is RDM. You asked him a simple question and gave him no indication that you were going to kill him. You then spent a relatively lengthy time getting a gun to go back and simply shoot him. We do allow rule breaking in good RP but you simply assassinated him for not believing, which isn't allowed. This warning will remain though you are entitled to appeal it again in a month or so with an apology rather than an explanation.
