Why you should be unbanned:

Well here comes the lengthy part

A few months ago (4-6) I was tired extremely irritable slightly buzzed and watda know The Borg decides its going to be fun to troll Chowder. After spamming me with a ton of messages (30 in under 20 seconds all with random letters) I blocked him, problem solved. I went on my alt (Which I use for source games other than GMOD) and there he was spamming me again. So after being even more irritable I took it upon myself to DDoS The Borg. Now on any normal circumstance this would go unnoticed however at the time I was a super admin and at that everyone knew I could DDoS people. So when talking with Drake I openly admitted to DDoS'ng Borg. Den Drake obviously banned me and demoted me. The reason I was personally OK with it at the time was because I did do it 1, 2 Drake did the right thing, and 3 I didn't play Gmod at all. However now I wouldn't mind playing GMOD and DarkRP in general, no I'm not asking for staff back (BUT IF U WANNA BE GENRUS). I wasn't banned for abusing my powers, breaking a server rule, attacking the server, etc. Although I did DDoS Borg a time ago when people would be attacked/threatened on steam it was said that this had nothing to do with SRH so it would be left alone; I know rules change however I'd like to think that although I DDoS'd Borg I did not affect the SRH server. That being said not only was Borg being annoying he was being exceptionally rude and annoying, calling me an idiot, saying I didn't deserve SA, claiming I lie about being able to DDoS (which I proved wrong). Fast forward a few months and Dutch opens a chat with me bringing up "aflac and rod screwing him over with the C2 server" when I asked him what he was gonna do about it he said nothing but then came up with the idea to DDoS the C2 server on launch for nobody could play. Playing along much like I did in the past with people who threatened SRH I agreed. After that conversation I brought it to Drake's attention and whadaya know he asked for proofs. So knowingly I messaged Dutch a second timing asking if he would still like me to DDoS the server he replied Yes, giving the proof resulting in his ban. BUT THATS A HOL NUDA FIASCO. Basically what I'm trying to say is; sorry Borg, and to SRH I never once attacked, hurt, threatened, and abused you. So all and all there EC in your tower O' greatness although I DDoS'd a member of SRH try to see it from my perspective.

Little analogy action:

Person A is in a gang
Person B yourself is in a gang

You attack person A, you've now attacked his gang and that gang wants you dead as well Person A

However that is not the case here (in my own eyes)

I like to see it as a collective whole (SRH)

Person A Borg
Person B Chowdur

Chowdur attacks Borg, the collective whole finds out about it and deals with it. So although it was dealt with I feel under SRH's shits I didn't break a server/forum rule.

Now if I wanted to I could go grab my other alt (Knife, joke made when Clutch came as Spoon or watevs) and play to my heart's content. However one I couldn't tell anyone I was me, and I wouldn't be able, to I suck at that, and I would have to start off as a plain old jane who nobody knows.

So whether this is accepted or denied is whatever I've been in SRH since August of 2011 and since then have protected it and done what I can to help it, peace niggas.

Alright so allow me to add, although





Clutch although longer ago was once banned FOR ABUSING his powers and for breaking server rules. He is now not only a super admin but he was EC at one point. I know Drakes newer stance on double standards but hell why not NOT make it a double standard why not allow a commutative EC vote to see the decisions of those permabanned. When you think about it any user permabanned has the chance at an appeal, why don't I? Although I was still banned just the same I had no broken a rule, I had no abused what I had, I had not interfered with SRH. So assholes and EC alike go into this with an open mind; you could hate me but don't hate logic hate yourself.
