Why it should be removed:

I had just recently joined the server, and was new to the game mode DarkRP itself, and it was my first time as a CP. I got a little over excited and was messing around, but one person didn't find it too funny.. and admin. I told them I was desperately sorry and meant no harm. I am now a good level 3 CP and I haven't done such things since.

This was very shortly after my first warning. In the same minute in fact. After receiving my warning, I felt bad so I decided to go find a place of solitude. Unfortunately, I chose to prop surf to the top of a building to achieve this. I accidentally killed someone in the process and I was then caught by an admin. I was still new to DarkRP rules and didn't know prop climbing was against the rules. I had always played on Sandbox where there were no rules. I have never prop climbed or abused any rules using a prop since.

Why it should be removed:

I was in my home, minding my own business, after I had ordered some kind of shipment that was very expensive to me at the time. Then, out of nowhere, a hobo god burst into my home (through the window) and killed me. I was shocked. I didn't even get to use any of my shipment. I then ran back to my home hoping he would be there and I could kill him, even though I had no weapon of any kind.
When I got there, the hobo god was still there and he said "Dude, that's NLR. You can't come back here." I had no idea that it would still count if it was my RP home, so I called 911 (in game of course) and he called an admin. The admin warned me even though I tried telling him it was a misunderstanding and I wasn't aware that what I had done was truly NLR. Since then, all NLR have been false or misunderstandings in my situations.

Why it should be removed:

I was a CP and I received a warrant for a money printer check. It went through and was allowed, voted yes by the Mayor. When I came through the backed door, a trader pulled out a pistol and killed me right after I said, "This is a search, I have a warrant!" I respawned and ran right back to the trader's shop heated and said, "I HAD A FREAKING WARRANT!" He then replied with, "I can kill you anyways, and you are breaking NLR." An admin happened to be in the store during all this and he froze me. He asked why I came back and I told him, "I had a warrant and he killed me." He replied with, "It does not matter, you are still breaking NLR." I told him I only came back to straighten everything out with the guy and let him know my reason for breaking in, NOT to get revenge or try anything funny.
After that, due to server lag, I could not understand what the admin was asking me (he was using his mic), and after a minute or so of trying to tell him I couldn't understand him because of lag, I received a warning which kicked me from the server, temporarily banning me for a short time. I didn't try getting back on until the next day. I wasn't attempting to break NLR, but to come tell the guy that I didn't think he was allowed to kill a CP during a raid/search, then leave the area.


One final note:
I truly am very sorry for all of these issues I have cause and I want to start a clean slate. I now feel that I completely understand the rules and I am hoping apply for moderator to help maintain the server by some time early next year, 2013, when I get my High Performance Gaming PC and can play more than I do now on my fathers iMac.
Once again, I am very sorry for ALL issues I have caused and I hope you will see that.

I was unaware that traders could kill CP's during a raid. I thought it was only gangsters. It's all good though, I would have explained myself more, but the server lag was bad at the time, at least for me it was, so I couldn't. I could barely even make out what you were saying through your mic. The problem was on my part, and not at all intentional. Thanks for understanding though and I'm sorry for not being able to communicate properly at the time.
