[BUG] RDM Reports
RDM reports do not go to the person who last damaged the reporter, but instead go to what was the last damage done and gets the names from that. Since bleeding is damaging the player, you often get players reporting RDM done by them bleeding out, which sometimes happens when they are shot to a very low health (Like 2) and left to bleed out.
It would be very helpful if you fixed this. Spoiler:
