Remove Warning/Unban

I Was A Thief For Hire And Some Gangsters came up and said "Hey thief, uhh yeah Gabe ( My ingame name ) come with us." so I did and they told me to lockpick into the PD and they would give me money so I did. I freed some prisoners and when we were going upstairs the admin came as a CP and said this is job abuse your all getting demoted and when I was gonna ask why a gangster shot him in the face with a deagle. so I continued lockpicking and then I got banned for a day and the others were demoted. I'm not exactly sure why I got banned I was just a Thief For Hire, so if I can get unbanned or the warning removed I would like that if not w/e.
