You should wait, I got it for half that price during the summer sale and I'm pretty sure it's been cheaper this sale as well.
I can't guarantee that it will go on sale again but you should still wait until the last day to buy it just to make sure.

It was like $5 on a humble bundle a while back, you should of gotten it then like I did along with Darksiders, Metro 2033, Red Faction: Armageddon, and Company of Heroes.
