[REQ] Seperate hobo wallet

(I think this had been suggested before, but it was before the update.)

Being a hobo isn't really realistic when you have 100k in the bank and can buy whatever you want. Hobos wouldn't be hobos if they have all that money. I think when you are a hobo, you should not have access to the bank, just what you have in your wallet. I've never heard of a hobo making deposits to the bank. This would stop hobos from buying shipments of guns and armor. It would promote proper hobo RP, because like I said in the other thread I just made, instead of killing people and raiding stores, they would actually be forced to act like hobos. You know, build hobo huts, beg for change, sing to people, do odd jobs for a few bucks.
