Please describe exactly what happened, from start to finish:

Yesterday, I was a gangster. I opened the door to get into base, and some cop follows me in. Hes standing there for a minute as all of us just stare at him. So I shot him. He was trespassing. He could have been raiding for all I know. He had no warrent, and even if he did, I could've shot him. So then Inferno starts freezing me and asking me questions, claiming it's RDM. I told him no it's not because he came into the GANG BASE. I didn't walk up to the cop and shoot him for no reason in the middle of the street, I shot him because he came in our base. No where does it say "Gangsters can't shoot cops who come in their base." It's not RDM, I had a reason. And inferno keeps going on and on and on, freezing me every 2 minutes to ask me a question. He kept saying I had no reason and that it was RDM and other bullshit. He was probably just pissed off that he knew I was right. He didn't warn me, but he wasted a lot of my time, asked me an unreasonable number of unnecessary questions, and was all around just abusing his freeze/question-asking powers.

Today, I was a CP. I was chasing a wanted Hobo. The hobo's name was something like Kenja Noishi I think (Definitely Kenja, not sure about the last name.) And I was swinging my stun stick to attempt to arrest Kenja. I accidentally knocked out Inferno. But this Kenja was running around so I wasn't sure whether I stunned him or someone else on accident. So I stared at the knocked out hobo (inferno was also a hobo I believe) for a minute. And then I realized that Kenja was still running around. So I continued to chase him. Then Inferno freezes me for RDS, and warns me for RDS without saying a word. I OOC'd that it was an accident as soon as he froze me, but he still warned me without even talking to me. He then brought me for a "talk." I told him the story about chasing Kenja, and that I accidentally stunned him while chasing him. He was still all butthurt and was like "No you meant to because you stared at me for a second." And "You weren't even chasing anyone." Even though I gave him the name of the person I was chasing, and told him he could ask the mayor. He then went back to his RP spot, without removing the warning. Which is when I came here.

Evidence/Additional Information:

Inferno is by far the WORST admin I have ever seen or dealt with. He is completely incompetent in these admin situations. He appears to have absolutely no knowledge of how to be an admin, and it appears he doesn't even know the rules of SRH. (He told me I don't know the rules because I killed that cop, which obviously he doesn't because its not RDM.) He is a horrible admin and should not be one.

Burn, I did not, but other Gang members with Mics were like "What are you doing here, get out." but there is obviously no hard proof of that. And by the way the cop claimed to be an "undercover gangster" as in he is a cop going undercover where obviously he was a cop.

And Al, I was explaining that it appears he doesn't know the rules.

I told you, I was chasing a hobo on main street in circles pretty much, whenever I tried to arrest him someone got in the way, it's not like I was arresting the people I accidentally stunned.

You are oviosly spamming you right mouse to much, then you are going to get into trouble.

It's like shooting with an LMG into a big group of people because there is 1 person somewhere you need to kill.
You need to be cautious. I wouldn't have warned you but it is justified in my eyes, i'm not going to claim this due to he being a IRL friend of me. I will get another EC to do so

I said, you asked me unnecessary questions for and unnecessary amount of time. It's not like it was only 2 minutes. It was like 15 minutes of constant freeze/unfreeze, freeze/unfreeze, freeze/unfreeze. I couldn't even leave or you probably would have warned me for LWP.

When you came back, I just came back up from being stunned, and then you stunned me again.
And then you stopped and just kept staring at my ragdoll, not saying sorry, not doing anything.

No, I'm not saying you don't know the rules because I don't agree with you, I'm saying you don't know the rules because you kept unnecessarily questioning me over something that was clearly not RDM. I explained the situation to you and stated why I killed the officer. You told me that I don't know the rules, and that I should read them. I know the rules. I know what is RDM and what is not. I was stating that you do not know the rules because you could not understand that it was not RDM. Should I have went "Excuse me officer, but I'm going to kill you if you do not exit the facility."? No. That would've just landed me in jail.

As I said, I was chasing Kenja through a crowded area, I accidentally stunned a few people. It's not like I arrested anyone.

You runned past me (stunning me and other people) and then ran back past me.

I ran back past you because Kenja was running around in circles through the crowd, I was chasing him, I didn't run past you again because I felt like coming back to stun you.

When you came back, I just came back up from being stunned, and then you stunned me again.

Again, you just happened to be in the way as I was attempting to stun Kenja.

And then you stopped and just kept staring at my ragdoll,

I was not sure if I had stunned Kenja or not. There was a lot of confusion due to a high number of people in the area. I was trying to see if you were Kenja. So I stopped and held C to see if it showed your name, which it did not. At which point, I saw Kenja running around again and chased after him.

It's kind of hard to stop and say sorry to an accidentally stunned civilian while chasing after a fleeing criminal.

I had absolutely no Intent of stunning the four innocent bystanders that I stunned.

I was solely trying to explain / convince to you that, in my eyes, shooting a Cop who's entering a building (which is your base, but just a building for him) is a bit fail RP ( in my opinion).
Because you didn't warn him to leave and just shot him, but opinions in that may differ.

I did this to try and prevent more RDM cases and to improve RP, in my eyes.

On a side note:
Those messages have freeze implemented in them, can't help it.
Maybe I should've talked to you in person.

And of the case of today:
It seemed like you were random stunning people because you were running in and out of the street stunning half of the persons there.
I'm gonna remove your warning because my approach was it bit harsh.

Another side note:
If you right-click on a stunned person (ragdoll) the person will wake up again.

Removed it.

He wasn't entering the building. He was already in and started to head towards the back when I shot him.
