[REQ] Advanced /warn

I got banned a few days back by mistake, from a warning, because of another Gabe that was on, and I don't want anyone else to get banned so I thought maybe Drake or Rod could code something like this where before you ban/warn someone with at least 4 of the same letters in your name, or your EXACT first name, either RP or Steam, this would come up.

For all of the commands, if the name you inputted matched with multiple people, it will show a list of the matches with their Steam name, RP name, avatar, and steamID so you can pick the correct one
