harvey morritt's forum ban
apparently he got forum banned for 1 month, then it changed to permanent.

The reason for his ban is "posting pictures of decapitated naked men" it was 2 months before but it was changed to permanent, I don't know why.
It was Sonny who banned him. |

Yes giving a 5 point warning is the standard but a ban is not out of the question depending on the severety of the case. A permanent ban seems a bit overkill however but I'm assuming it was passed by either drake or rod since it isn't exactly standard.
