Please describe exactly what happened, from start to finish: I saw Damian(Trader) running down the street with his microwave. I shot and killed him, stole the microwave and ran directly for pawn shop where I stuck it on the top floor of my home. As I was leaving pawn I saw Damien outside. About 45 seconds later I see Damien with his microwave again. I asked him how he got it and he responds with "(OOC) Broncaholic: i luckly found your base just walking around XD" He claims that he found my base, and his microwave right after he died all by chance. But he obviously broke nlr as he ran straight to my home, and came to take it back. He is saying how he had randomly found it that it is not nlr. But yet he found it within a munite of him dieing and knew exactly where it was.And how would he even know that the microwave in my house is from his pass life? As i was talking to him, he persisted to call me a idiot and that I was butthurt because i lost the microwave. Calyx tped us to get the arguement out of OOC. He told his story and as I was telling mine, he started to yell in the mic to cover my voice up, he was just making noises to cover my voice as I was telling Racnava and calyx what happened, then he threatened to gag me over mic. The two admining the situation was Racnava and Calyx. Why he was threatening to gag me I don't know. What really made me angry though is the "nothing will happen to me" shit pisses me off when a admin says something like that. Also, when Reagent said something about Damien abusing in the pass, he responded with "(OOC) Broncaholic: don't dig up the past you minge" Throughout the entire time this was going off he was constantly saying I was butthurt, calling people all kinds of shit. He was trying to intimidate me and reagent.

I was there for the conversation with Troll, Calyx, Racavan, and Bronco. Bron acted like a little child, and was interrupting with mic spam when troll was explaining his story to Calyx.

As I have explained in the past. Reagent, this doesn't involve you. Please excuse yourself from the situation. Also, for the situation, it began as I was walking around with my microwave. I was shot and killed with no warning from troll as he ran off with my microwave. As I spawned, I walked around a bit being bored as my only microwave was stolen. As I see another trader, I begin to follow him as I am extremely bored. He then walks up on top of the pawn shop and at the top of the stairs looks left. As I turn left I see my microwave. I then quickly grav gun it and run away. Troll furious claiming I broke NLR to get it even though I had no idea where his base was. Then he begins claiming other things like traders can't raid, which I know, but he left his door open and my microwave was just sitting there. So as I tried to explain to him that I did just happen to find it by chance, he kept being persistent that I couldn't have done it without breaking rules. So now we are here, and now we wait for an EC member to claim and resolve this.

Actually, when Calyx TP'd me i did become involved. And your way of saying "Your not involved" was "Reagent, shut the fuck up your a retarded user".

No bronch, when i exited the pawn you were there by yourself, no one else in site. And also, you walked into a property that you know is owned by someone else and took property from it. When you interrupted me I was explaining my side of the story. And when you were talking you changed your story several times. At first you said the trader had stolen the microwave and was walking out of the pawn. Then you said you found him inside. And you were at my home right after you died. And I do belive reagent is involved. Since he was tped, and witnessed you yelling into the mic to cover up my story as I was explainign it, then immediatly threatened to gag me. Also, how do you know that the microwave in my home is yours. You ran straight from spawn to it. Actually, I just remembered something else you said, the next reply will have quotes of you.

I don't see how arrogant you have to be to not listen to logic. There is no possible way I could know where you lived, you killed me far away from your base.

I am not involved in this in any way, though I was reading over it. Troll claims that Bronc was going to leave to get his Microwave back. I will point out the fact that Traders can have up to TWO microwaves, meaning another could've been spawned by Bronc and whatnot, unless the other was already in use. Also, I'd like to add the fact that Troll is using supreme-perfect NLR rules in his argument. Going by his standards, that means that if he were to have died at any point in game, he would wonder why there is a Microwave in his home, and probably return it/get rid of it, unless it doesn't apply to himself.

Alright troll was a thief so it is okay he stole it. Also, I didn't know you could have two microwaves, so that is awesome for a future reference. Lastly, troll you need to listen. I had no idea where your base was, I wasn't "camping" outside of it waiting for you to leave. There is no plausible way I could've known where your base was. I am telling you I just found the microwave by chance. And you left your door wide open. If you can't believe that then there is no more need for arguing with you.

My name is Damian Lillard, I just moved into the big city. I took the metro to get here, and this city is giant. As I walk out of the metro I see another man, not knowing where to go I begin to follow him. Maybe he can help me. When he finally stops I try to ask him where some open apartments could be. He ignores me and walks in this building, it seems he didn't even own it so I followed as I am very curious. I see a microwave, i knew back in my old town microwaves were very valuable so I take it as it seems there is no apparent owner, it looked like an abounded house. There was no owner in site and the door was wide open. So I decide to take the microwave and buy an apartment across town to keep my new microwave safe.

The fact is bronch, you already noted that you were going to leave the game once I got the microwave. And right after you spawned you immediatly made a dash for pawn, you had your microwave back in under a minute after dieing. You broke nlr to get your microwave back.

Im not saying he can't recognise his microwave. What I am saying is, right after he died he came to get it back. Ran directly for it. And after I called him out on it, he started to beligerant. (may I note that this is not the first time he has been hostile when called out on something.)
