Sleep patterns.
So before winter break ended I stayed up without going to sleep, and ended up sleeping at 10 AM and woke up later at 6 PM with school in the morning. I couldn't go back to sleep because my body wasn't tired so I stayed up until I had to start getting ready for school. Once I got home from school at 3:20 PM I instantly went back to sleep and the process repeated itself for 2 more days. Its the weekend and I finally fixed my sleep problems and I feel much better.

RE: Sleep patterns.
I hate sleeping. It's a waste of time in my opinion. Why sleep when you could be playing SRH, Far Cry 3, AC3, Hitman, or any other games I got for Christmas/Bought on steam sale. That's why I only sleep 6-7 hours a night. I'm not going to waste half my life sleeping 10 hours a night. I can't sleep more than 6 or 7, sometimes 8 hours anyway.

RE: Sleep patterns.
I sleep at 11ish nearly everyday only to wake up at 5 am.
I enjoy waking up early, otherwise I feel as if part of my day has been wasted. 00:57 - Drakehawke: i dont give a fuck clutch can do what he wants

RE: Sleep patterns.
I have had these problems, I am still in a bad pattern.. Moving from house to house is fucking it up, I go from sleeping in the day to sleeping at night.. It sucks.

RE: Sleep patterns.
I have problems during the summer where I don't fall asleep until around 4-5 am. I could lie in bed for hours but never fall asleep. I think it could be one of the most frustrating things in the world.

I believe I fell asleep around 1:30, and I woke up a 8:30. I don't set an alarm though. What I do is open all my curtains (so light comes in in the morning) and say in my head "I will wake up at 8:30 tomorrow" a bunch of times. The more times the more likely it is to work. I hate if I accidentally sleep till like 9:30, I get so pissed. That's what I'm about to do now, because I'm going to bed in a few minutes. During the week though, I fall asleep probably between 11:40 and 12:00, and wake up at 5:50. |

RE: Sleep patterns.
The only reason I still go to bed most of the time is because I want to try to lucid dream. Only did it once.. It was the most peaceful and beautiful moment of my life. I was in a field of just short grass. It was absolutely beautiful. There was a piece of bark on the ground, and even that was so heart touchingly beautiful. I look back on that crystal clear moment and cry sometimes, because I will never be able to see that in real lifex due to my eyes worsening.

I do the exact same thing, just with out the curtains seeing as it's still dark. It's amazing that repeating something like "I'm going to wake up at 5:30 am tomorrow." over and over actually works. It's always right around the correct time. 00:57 - Drakehawke: i dont give a fuck clutch can do what he wants
