Please describe exactly what happened, from start to finish:

I was a cp and the 1 of the laws was that selling guns or possesing 1 was not allowed. I overheard Zach White selling guns and I called for backup. When we were raiding there was no solid evidence until zach droppped an M3. We then killed him and arrested his partner in crime.

After he came back he threatend to warn me for RDA, because I arrested his partner in crime Gaga Shawn. I told him I had a valid reason to and he then told us to get out which is interfering after death (NLR). I refused and told him I was gonna ram his shop down, because selling guns was against the law.

Bloop then interfered with the raid by porting me to spawn and telling us that ramming a shop down is not allowed. I had a valid reason to do it and I even warned zachu before I was gonna do it.

After complaining in OOC I came to the conclusion to make a abuse report of this. Threatening me with a warn when I had a valid reason, breaking NLR and another admin interfering with the raid.

Here's my side of the story. I goto antoine gustav because he requested it because he thought someone was rdmed. Turns out he was just arrested. I turn and see a shop still under construction and Zach and Tamamo arguing. I over hear him saying he's going to tear down the shop because of illegal weapons. I look in the tab menu to see no mayor so I tell him thats not allowed unless ordered by the mayor. He then starts to argue with me and says he'll do it anyways. Since his raid was completed and every other cop left I teleported him to spawn to prevent him from doing so as there was no reason to tear down a shop when I don't believe they sold anything and there were no laws stating that guns were illegal as there was no mayor. I believe I handled this in the best way for everyone in the situation.

We were in a raid but, because it became an admin situation we had to hold it off, in that time the mayor frostwitch logged off.

We were raiding at the point that guns were still illegal so we are allowed to punish him for that.

If someone in real life gets arrested for drugs before it got legalised, does this person go free? No, because at that given point that was not allowed.

And you were online the whole moment so you had to know that guns were illegal at that point.

I was a witness and there was no mayor at the time. I was Zach's guard and was standing there when he (Glacex) came in and arrested Gage Shaw after killing Zach who was AFK just moments before and then Zach came back thinking it was RDM and asked why he was doing it and they proceded to argue back and forth.

Lemme repeat myself, I overheard that you were selling guns and you said to the person that it was on the house. I was not sure if you actually sold 1 so I collected our team and we investigated.

After a while of no succes you got impatient and spawned a M3 to kill us. I asked you why did you spawn/drop that m3 and you ignored my question.

Also this is a report, keep opinions to yourself. The one deciding if this abuse report is silly is the EC claiming it.

If there were no laws about gun shops being illegal there was no reason to ram the shop down. The most you are allowed to do without laws or the mayor's word is ram any signs advertising it.

There was a mayor during the raid.

I had to request a warrant to break the door, if there were no mayor we could've just rammmed the door open instantly.

The only thing i can add is thar frostwitch had a law disallowing all guns. Whether she was online when the raid began needs to be reviewed in logs

At my time you guys had a big sign saying you sold guns.

How would you know that your partner didn't sell a gun? Weren't you afk?

I don't know exactly how your voice sounds so I could've made mistake on that part, but I definitly heard that you or your partner was selling guns (he even said it was on the house at that moment).

I was told, by my gundealer partner PLUS Security Guard that No Guns were sold whatsoever because we HAD no guns plus the construction of the shop was still in progress.

I was with Glace(tamamo) and I heard them talking to. I was a cp myself and i was with the raid. The only thing i say it was a valid raid cuz i made an outpost in front of the shop and i keep hear them saying''here is your gun but if you pocket the gun they wont find it. So i called tamamo and he heard it to several times. When we raided the place i searched everyone and how obvious no guns! But the a gundealer( dont know who it was) dropped an m3 shotty and that was the time tamamo stunned him. I think the other dealer had lucky of the admin cuz if i was that cp you got my 300 secs. I usually have much respect for mods and admin but this one was abusing his powers several times that day.

There's a difference between selling guns being illegal and completely destroying a shop because of it. I'm not saying the raid was wrong or anything but ramming down the entire shop without any predesignated laws or commands is ram abuse. There needs to be a law stating that gun shops will be destroyed for it to be acceptable. Otherwise you arrest the gun dealer and remove any signs that advertise the sale of guns.

To prevent a gundealer from dealing any more guns, ramming down his shop is a good reason for me.

If we arrest them they will just return to the shop and continue their dealing. Also arresting a gundealer, is pretty hard since they will kill you

And if we kill them and we leave the shop behind they can also just return the shop and continue dealing

So its not ram abuse at all

At this point I'm approaching the simplest of the 3 points he mentioned being that Bloop needlessly teleported him. The Raid was over and you were threatening to ram all the props down for an invalid reason. Regarding the other issues it will require some log searching so bare with me.
