Please describe exactly what happened, from start to finish:
Alright, so the server recently restarted (about 3 mins before the raid i don't know precisely). I was an thief and i went to go explore in the clothing warehouse. As i was in, a door was unlocked and Zach White was inside building an base. I took the opportunity to raid him so i began punching him and brought him down to about 50 hp (or so). He then starts yelling on his mic that he'll warn me if i don't gtfo the warehouse. He said how i had to yell "RAID" to raid people, and that i was RDPing him. I leave the warehouse because i don't feel like getting warning because of him not knowing rules. If he didn't want to get raided he would of locked his door beforehand... He claims that you have to yell "RAID" to raid people, or it's just RDM he justified it by saying "I been here longer than you".

>Zach buys door directly after restart about 30 seconds in.

>3 seconds later Reagent comes up punching him.

No. I did not have anything valuable in my base. There was NOTHING inside of it considering the game had just restarted and he said 'raid' about a minute after he just randomly punched me and I told him that's RDP. THAT'S When he decided to say Raid. And I do believe he was a thief. (Reagent.)
As far as the Fraps video goes, My fraps was not recording during the time, but I thought it was because I Fraps everytime I play.

It sounds more just like confusion, Zach was building. He wasn't paying attention, in his eyes it seems he is getting punch whored. In reagents eyes he is in a mugging/raid. This misunderstanding happens frequently, we are human, we make mistakes. so I say we just learn from this.

Never had I ever experienced a situation when a raider yelled "raid" before killing everyone in the entire base.

Keep in mind, He said both 'raid and gimme 500' AFTER I told him that's RDP.
And, The server had just restarted, and I just bought the place and there was absolutly NOTHING inside there considering I had just bought it 30 seconds after the server had restarted.

I did NOT claim that You had to yell Raid to raid people at ALL. Also, I said "I've been here longer than You" after You told me to read the rules and said 'l2rp'. I obviously know the rules and know how to RP.

Bronc, It was no confusion at all. I had NOTHING at ALL built considering I had just bought the place after the server had just restarted.

Zach its not time played that means you know the rules all in all, a new player could know the rules better than an oldfag.

Let me leave this short.

If the server is just restarted that doesn't mean you get a spawn protection of 10 minutes. You can be raided from the first second you spawn. Although if he kills you just after you spawned it would be spawnkill.
There is no rule that defines you have to yell anything when raiding places. Though it is hard to tell whether it was a RDP or a raid.
There was not spawned one prop by iTz Zachu24. He didn't have valueble stuff. Then you are raiding the person.

In this occasion you like to get something from him or you will kill him. You need to be clear about that.
"Drop 20 or i kill you" as example, but you didn't do that either.
So you both are wrong kind of. Get your facts straight, stay nice to each other and try to grow a backbone. You guys are to fast buthurt (yes i really said that, even 10 minutes after someone brought up the story again, means you are not forgivable to anyone)
Like the rules say, you should obey admins commands and ask questions later. If you are unsure of the admins decision ask another admin or drake!

No actions will be taken against anyone.
