Please describe exactly what happened, from start to finish:

I owned the multi-floored Souvenir store. I owned both entrances, leaving the closets un-owned. This means that the closets themselves were buyable according to the rules I was told by an administrator the previous day.

After killing Kaiser multiple times for attempted muggings he kept returning immediately after death. He would wait in my store until the NLR no longer applied then attempt to mug me. Finally, he went to the third floor, bought the closet, and stated the floor was his.

I took the time to explain to him- no, I own every entrance, the closets are their own rooms. The gun owner on the second floor explicitly asked for my permission to use that floor. The man in the closet to my left bought it because I had no control over it. Note that he only uses his closet.

He refused to leave and began building on MY property, and when I killed him for trespassing he fucking slayed me. I call bullshit. Please give me your opinions.

Evidence/Additional Information:
Check the slay reports. Around 12:40-12:50 my time was when he did this. It should be easy to find- some add info is that he banned a person for mass stunning a little afterwards then left the game.

Did not come back immediately after death, went up to 3rd floor and bought the closet. Guy runs up and starts saying I dont own the floor, I told him since there were no actual doors that he did not own the floor nor the entire building. I tried talking to him while I was trying to put a metal grate in front of my closet I just bought and he whips out his deagle while I am talking and shouts over me that I'm trespassing and shoots me in the head. I slayed him for RDM, because I tried talking to him about it and listening and explaining but he had to act immature and shout over me, kill me, and then when I slay him he immediately goes to the forums. He said nothing about an admin telling him about the closets, and instead of talking about it he quite literally screamed over me and killed me. IMO I should have warned him, a slay is quite generous

The person who owns the front doors has the right too ALL doors and I am quite sure this is how this case is going to end.

I'd like to add that I gave him warnings. I told him, and I quote 'I own all entrances to this building. You have no right to build on my property."

His response was that the third floor was his, get over it. He was being snobby, so I told him again- second warning. No screaming, I was actually quite calm. He refused, so I said it one more time and when he kept building I shot. The prick was just butthurt and abused his slay powers. His whole yelling spiel never happened- I have no need to yell, my headphones are pretty sensitive and yelling makes the boom sound odd (I get a constant feed of my voice from the headphones- Turtle Beaches). I let him speak and he told me that he owned the door so he owned the floor. That's the gist of it. It was after he slayed me that I got irritated, and even then I didn't scream over mic. I kept it in the OOC chatboards- Nick Bloop told me I could report it and I did.

To be honest the reason I didn't want him in there is because he repeatedly came back to my property after trying to mug me. I state it again- check the kill logs. He kept trying to light my shit on fire too. This happened like two or three times before he attempted to take the third floor. I had an EMS extinguish it twice, one of the times he never got the fire to start.

Thats a fucking lie, and when you did kill me I did something else, got killed, then came back. IE Lit Frost's car on fire and she ragequit. You were not calm, you were pissed off and keep trying to talk yell over me, I were trying to discuss it with you and when I spawned the grate to put in front my door you killed me.

You can make up any story you want, as there is no logs for voice chat but I'll say this, it was a slay (big fucking deal right) I should have warned him.

Meh, they can check the kill logs- the times between them will tell if you were breaking NLR or not. Simply put, you broke your own rules you hypocrit, and in a plea of innocence tried to say that I was just killing you because I was mad. Why would I be mad if I was stomping your ass over and over again? xD The logs will tell. :)\

I'd just like to see some action against abuse of powers, not argue with the mod who did it.

Whether you were breaking NLR or not was your bad and had nothing to do to me- I was just killing you when you were trying to destroy my property or attack me. You slayed me after I killed you for trespassing. As has been said- It was mine. It's your bad that you wouldn't leave.
