Please describe exactly what happened, from start to finish:
Alright Racnava was a mobboss and tried to light my store on fire, i killed him. 2-3 mins later he comes back and starts punching out all of my windows. I kill him before he can gain entry into my store. I told him he was breaking NLR but he said he died 2 times prior to punching my windows so its ok. I'm not sure about the time's but he seems to keep coming back to my store to try to light it on fire.

Evidence/Additional Information: Logs will prove everything i say.

I did die, and it was not like 2-3 minutes, logs can prove that, and you cant gain access through those windows. Your just trying to be a little minge and report everything, mini Erg.

Xeano and other admins online can back me up, I tried to light Reagent store on fire, got killed, went and tried to light a fence enclosing the mall on fire, tried to light the microwaves on fire, then punched your windows. You only made this because you saw I had an earlier incident one with lighting shit on fire.

Unclaim, i have issues with this user, i can not make a valid decision because of an incident earlier.

This shouldn't even need to be claimed- the logs are already up and they support Reagent's claim. Despite his death from 'tim d' he was still breaking NLR. Five minute rule has been broken here- he purposefully hit Reagent's shop two minutes after initially attacking him. All a mod has to do is look at em and validate the warning.

If the in-between death validates NLR then that's obvious trash against the rules since you could just ask an ally or gang member to kill you so you could go back and damage their property again. If he were to have gone and asked for a service it would have been find but he attacked his property again.
