why?: I want this warning remove due to the fact that Arthur warn me because he was but hurt. we had a argument in game that another admin stepped in to stop to get us to go to the forums if we wished to keep on fighting witch I said yes to going to the forums about it when he just warned me. Im posting on the forums to get it remove because when i spoke to Rodrigo about if I told him what happen from start to finish and he told me the kick was reasonable and I have to post here to get it removed.

Serious guys i just took a peak at the logs what in the hell happened. Sparky starts to call random assumptions to paco. Then he kicks paco. Then you have a discussion of 15 minutes with xeano. He warns you for admin abuse.

Now without to much detail i can tell this is a miscommunication from the beginning but it escalated big time.
First of idk why you kicked him sparky, your calls to him don't make any sence.
Second idk why he warned you, he should have reported it. You don't revance on a fellow admin, you report and leave it to EC

I was there, paco or aka Arthur Miller was spamming the admin chat quite a bit and sparky had told him multiple times to stop. Arthur then kept on talking so he kicked him after multiple warnings to take it to the forums. He then immediately rejoins and warns sparky. I was about to ban him for an hour so he'd go to the forums and stop waning other admins? but I thought it'd be more appropriate to let the ec handle it.

I was there for this entire event. It was all crap, childish arguing that could've been completely avoided. I was busy trying to find the guy prop-spamming when it got really heated. Anyway, this whole situation could've been handled better. Reading through the logs, I noticed Sparky said it was okay for the EMS to kill someone for breaking NLR. To Sparky, we don't let players kill anyone for server-rule breaking. That leads to flaming, anger, and RDM reports that should've never been filed. If you thought/had reason to believe that Arthur/Paco was indeed breaking NLR, then you should've at least explained why you thought he broke that rule, and if his explanation didn't match up, take it here to the forums and report it, simple as that.

I Told them both to stop and take it to the forums, so an EC could deal with it. Ended up kicking paco, after the warn, said i told you to take it to the forums, and then i ended up discussing with paco over steam what happened. And im sure paco can post his side of the story.

The kick was for fail RP since he was verbally warned by bronc that he would be warned if he came back to the gang base after he was killed and fired from the gangsters. Witch he did come back with in a small amount of time about 1-2 mins. I went to him not for job abuse but to deal with him fail RPing so I did try to get him to go to the forums for his problem since at first I did think he was talking about admin abuse in all the crap that was going on. I did after I kicked him go back to the gang base to see if there was job abuse going on witch there wasn't since there was only the gang and guards in there. I talked to Rodrigo about the warning and what happen befor hand and was pointed in posting to get it removed since I had a reason for kicking him and he had no reason for warning me for kicking him even after he was told to go to the forums to end the argument here witch never happened.

Staff members do not have the right to issue Admin Abuse warnings to one another, that is the jurisdiction of the Ethics Committee and the Owners of SRH.

The warning will be removed. If the staff member who issued it wants it back they can make an abuse report, let this stand as a warning to them that if they issue a warning they have no right to issue again they may find themselves warned for Admin Abuse themselves.
