I've recently been told that RDS can be taken as Random Shooting as well as random stunning. I'd get clarification to be sure, but either way a perma-ban for either seems a little ridiculous.

Sorry about this i just join the server i walk around to the pawn shop and then he runs up to me smacks me with the stun-stick. I then Tp to him pick him up and freeze him in the air. He then swings his baton repeatedly until i accidentally got too close, i then flew about 100 ft unconscious, i should've just issued a warning but this i got pretty mad about, you're welcome to take the ban off. I was out of place to issue such a long ban.
