[Bug] Right click menu doesn't always work

Similar to the ghost prop bug, sometimes when you go to right click a fadingdoor/prop it won't always work. But you can still do anything else with the prop so it is not a ghost prop. I have seen this happen a lot recently and it seems to be getting worse. A fading door would be unlockpickable and a prop would be impossible to set on fire. The problem with this is that it happens in adv dupes mostly and makes it irritating when you can't go through a door, or light the governments buildings on fire because when you right click the prop nothing happens. The menu just won't appear.
