Defendant's RP name: joe dirt Defendant's SteamID: Don't know (Steam name: Stefley1) Date of Incident:13/1/12 Time of Incident:4:32 Time-zone for above time (UTC+/-):GTM +0 (England) Please describe exactly what happened, from start to finish: I was RPing as a bin man, I would find props laying around, and throw them in to the lake , to then be put in a "recycling plant". The first prop I came across was a dog bed/ cat cage type thing. So I took it and put it in the lake. The owner of it then came chasing after me and jumped in to get it. After prop-surfing his way out, he then started to prop-push me for about 10 seconds. When I asked him why he did it, he said "Don't steal my dog bed". Evidence/Additional Information: Sorry they are not clear, but along with him saying he did it, and the fact it looks like he is prop-pushing I think it should be enough evidence. Spoiler:
