[REQ] Adding stone / icy texture to frozen players

When people are frozen give them a a stone texture (like a statue) so you (and others) can see that he's frozen.

I've seen a lot of gun dealers been frozen and then asked to sell guns, and CP's try to kill / arrest frozen people.


It's a bit helpfull, but mostly fancy.
Just an idea though.
