[REQ] Tranquilizer (Not for CP)
There should be a tranquilizer or chlorophorm or something that are one use weapons so people can kidnap the mayor and stuff by ragdolling them with it then you can drag his body away with a grav gun or something. Right now the only way to do that is to tell him to come with you are you will kill him, which almost never works.
