[BUG] dispenser
When lock picking a dispenser and trying to retain the money out of the dispenser. Sometimes it doesn't retain the money to you. It just sits there . No matter how many times you lock pick it.

A p228 dispenser would allow me to take the money and I can buy 1 billion of them. If I really wanted to. There was no limit for some reason to buying the guns(p228)
