Please describe exactly what happened, from start to finish: Jesse Pinkman (RPNAME) Was setting fire to one of my props as a mob boss. I shot at him, he ran away, into another part of the map where he killed me. I then came back to my props which were at a different area from where I died. Here he continued to set fire to my props. I killed him. Black Wayne then came to me. Physgunned me about 2 stories up. Then dropped me killing my on impact. Here, I requested to be compensated for what I loss. He claimed he wasn't obligated to compensate me. He claimed it was an accident and I needed to quit bitching. (All in logs)

I killed him. Then he gave me a NLR Rule stating I couldn't interfere with him after death. I explained how it was in a different area and how I saw him doing it again.

Comparison:
What he's saying is basically if I was a cop and he killed me. I saw him somewhere else on the map, shooting someone, I can't do shit. Becuase that'd be interfering with what he's doing.

You make it sound much worse than it was. You killed "Jesse Pinkman" when he was talking to you about prop abuse. So, I picked you up, and was going to noclip with you and bring Jesse to you, but I accidently dropped you. I decided that was good enough punishment, seeing as you were complaining about losing a gun. You proceeded to bitch in the chat and argue with me, until I got tired of it and referred you to the forums.

So this is exactly what happened: I was the mob boss and felt like being an arsonist setting things on fire, I noticed this DJ booth in the street so I went to lite it on fire. I was roughly half way through the process of igniting it when I got shot by Petrov. So I ran and hid behind a car not far away and shot and killed him. I then returned to finish my business of igniting the DJ booth. Petrov then comes back while I'm in the middle of igniting his booth on fire and deletes the props I am trying to ignite and says something like "Ha try and lite it on fire now". I then stop to ask him why he deleted the props and that it is prop abuse to do that. I also deleted the remaining couple props of his shack at this time as they were in the middle of the air. And I typed in chat something along the lines of "That is prop abuse". He then shoots me in the head killing me. I then freeze him and !goto him to talk to him about now breaking NLR. I give him a warning for NLR and he says in OOC "Fucking admins" getting upset. I try to explain to him that he can't come back and kill me while I am still finishing up what I was doing. I try to tell him that you can't interfere with the business of the person that killed you after they have killed you. His replies were "No it's not NLR" "I know the rules". After a couple minutes of trying to explain it to him I said "Anyways, I am done discussing this if you don't like the warning you can make a thread on the forums about it". Then in OOC he was complaining that I was a bad admin because I told him to go to the forums. In my opinion he's lucky he didn't get prop abuse along with the NLR warning.

And this cop example, our situation is nothing like that. I was liting your booth on fire, you shot me and I shot back killing you. I then went back to return to liting your booth on fire and you come back and kill me.

This kid has been nothing but a nuisance all day.
I heard him complaining over voice chat moments after the ordeal about how, and I quote, he "reported him for admin abuse because he wouldn't pay me $240 for the magnum I lost."
Not to mention he most likely would've been slayed for NLR/RDM anyway.

He's been picking fights with any admin he gets a glimpse of.

NLR, New Life Rule:

See the bold text, this is what you ignored. You can go back as long as you do not interfere with what happened before your death.
Simply implying you died somewhere else is bullshit. This would mean if i die at X and i see the killer at Y i can kill him because he killed me? NO!
