Please describe exactly what happened, from start to finish: I was in my shop, minding my own business, being a tier 1 gun dealer. When I heard someone getting robbed outside. Doing my civil duty, I went outside to see what was going on. I saw a thief holding a TMP to a citizens head (a hobo). I then did my CIVIL DUTY. To protect him and I assaulted the thief (killing him). I was then told I rdmed, when saying this is a RP server, I was doing what someone in real life would do. Protect another person. I was given a warning then got auto-banned for 4 warnings. I believe this is a mistake and don't wish to get Doc in trouble, but rather to just get unbanned and put the situation at peace.

Thats RDM, and if you dont want doc to get in trouble, not that he would anyway because he didnt abuse AT ALL, then post it in APPEALS, using correct format.

I don't believe so, because this is rp, role play, act like you would. You would help someone getting mugged.

Everything what happened was true, except I did not tell him it was RDM. The warning I issued was FailRP/RDM because as an Arms Dealer you cannot shoot a thief for mugging someone on the street. There is a job for that, which is CP and Security Guard (If you're working for them). It's considered FailRP.

Also, I don't think receiving 4 warnings within 2 days shows you understand the rules and you've been told several times to read them carefully. Frostwitch told you, Hail (Truth) told you and I told you.

I understand that, I've read all the rules, I re-read them after my 3rd warning, and was corrected several times. Although, for this, I do believe there is nothing in the rules that downrates my point.

Yes, Xean0 I was talking about that. I re-read the rules after my 3rd warning though, and I've seen where some of my mistakes were. Although, for this post. I don't believe there is technically a rule that states, you can't defend others in a life or death situation.

In fact there is, a mild case of job abuse.

For the sake of the sanity of the server we can't allow people to become vigilante's defending one another on the streets, since 9 out of 10 people are armed it darkrp is would be a massacre. We have cp's to do this kind of thing, though a warning off the bat may have been a bit severe. Appeal the warning and reference this post and I will remove it unless the admin in question can provide evidence you had prior knowledge of why this isn't allowed.
