Why it should be removed: I believe I was doing my duty, and I was un-aware you couldn't protect another citizen.

About my warning. I took it upon my own judgement as an Admin and I assumed because you have gotten into trouble with various admins recently that you had been instructed to review the rules multiple times. I took it as you were just defiant of the rules because of your previous incidents in such a small amount of time and I quickly issued the warning.

If you ever have any questions about rules, always ask an admin. Never try to loophole a rule or break it because it does not make sense. I'm not directing that at you I am only saying this because it's a daily thing with our players. Depending on an EC's decision, I will accept the removal of my FailRP/RDM warning as long as you understand the rules and will not hesitate to ask for help with them in the future.

I do understand the rules, I made the quick judgement, being I figured it'd be the right thing to do, and didn't really have to time consult it. I am usually a cp on that server anyway, it's what I'm use to. 75% of my time on that server is Civil Protection. I understand what I've done was abuse of the job, but no civil protection officers were currently employed, so I took it upon myself in an act of vigilantism. I apologize for the inconvience I caused, I've re-read the rules a 3rd time while I've been banned.

Yes, but It is still listed in your ban history, I can revoke it so its no longer part of your record if anything happens in the future and you need to appeal again.

That is incorrect Ryl, it will show Revoked instead of Expiered

Revoked bans are removed bans, and thus aren't part of the users history because they were "forgiven". At least they aren't as important as bans that were fully served and removed or simply removed.
