Date of Incident: 1/17/13
Time of Incident: 9:00 PM
Time-zone for above time (UTC+/-): EST

Please describe exactly what happened, from start to finish: I was walking along the main street, when I saw a trader named Noah Lenner, holding out a pistol. No guns were illegal at the moment, but I told him to put it away and stop pointing it at me. Here he started running around me while talking wrongly about the government. I told him to stop pointing the gun at me again. Here, we had a shootout. I had a cop assisting me named Gabe Utsex. Noah Lenner then ran into his shop (pictured) and under his window into hiding. Several other Civil protection officers followed me. I was the first one in, I battering rammed his door and proceeded in. Here, he locked the door on me, making me prop stuck. Then killed me with a magnum .357. After this, the other officers I believe killed him, then he left.



Evidence/Additional Information: Logs to an extent (we used mics) and picture.

Just out of curiosity, Turtle Excell was on the server (source: picture chatbox) at that time period, why did you not notify the admins of this situation?

That is my fault, I don't fully understand the new system as of yet. It was my mistake of not paying enough attention. The only time I no-clipped from what I remember was when I went to someone, so I was busy/occupied. Sorry.

I'm willing to believe you but to do that i need some hard evidence.
As for now the logs we EC have access to do not show everything.
Unless you can display me some more then a picture of his building, this will be closed
