I'm not a cartoon fan but I like this. Marshall Lee is pretty much me IRL, so I had to draw me as him.
+1 for spoken word and acoustics.
It's about a five minute sketch- always fun to do. :)

So, which tablet do you use?

I've always wanted to get into art, or flash animation, and I think a drawing tablet would be great.

Well when I talk about cartoon it's generally to specify any type of 2d animation. I love some of the newer ones: Adventure Time, Chowder, etc. but a lot of cartoons today are just boring. Tom N Jerry was a big deal when I was a kid so seeing today's cartoons is a shock with some of their themes and antics. I consider anime a cartoon and I like anime as well, from the childish ones to the more adult-themed, eg. blood, violence, and complex storylines.

I use a Bamboo FUN. It was kinda the middleman between too much and not enough. I love it.

Well it was more of an opinion, I know that there are major differences. xD I just see 'cartoon' as a generic word for 2d animation. I am majoring in animation so it's kinda just the vernacular around here.

But anyways yeah I dig on Marshall Lee. He's cocky, fun-loving, and a little demented. I can't claim I'm any better. xD So I thought you know I could pull that shit off if I dyed my hair, and went about sketching an anime-esque picture of me in the pose from the video that I liked the most. :D I have a lot of other art pieces but honestly I tend to start something and then get bored with it, moving onto something else or just stopping entirely for months at a time. Right now I'm SUPPOSED to be finishing this steampunk mechanical deity, but neigh.

So tonight I finished a piece of artwork for a member of this server! Zinc and I conversed via steam on an appropriate avatar, and spent a couple of hours swapping back and forth pictures until the final product was unveiled- you can see it as his avatar on his main profile- on the mini-profile it's vastly shrunken.
