Please describe exactly what happened, from start to finish: Sean has repeatedly broke nlr and prop blocked to base and to attempt to steal printers from another thief. (Anarchy:Andrew Zero) This has been happening for a while. I don't have photos of breaking NLR, Log probably has that but I have some of the Prop Block.
