Burnacid told me taday that I can not arrest someone for throwing bugbait if it hits no one and they is no law against it.
I always thought it was a default law, I have always arrested for throwing bugbait, and it has never been brought up till now.
I am just checking that it is not a default law.

In my opinion, it would fall under the likes of "Public Indecency" or "Disturbing the Peace".
Perfectly fine reasons to arrest.

The standard has been that it's allowed if you're not throwing it at someone and it's not a law you can't be arrested for it.

As soon as you throw at a person it's considered assault and you can be arrested for it no matter if there's not a law against it, I think you can kill them if they throw at your shop as well.

I always arrested people for vandalism, with the lines I quoted from some admin long time ago:It's a default law that that's vandalism, which is to be enforced unless the mayor orders/set's up the laws stating other wise.

Yeah I've watched a lot of mods/admins throw fit about the whole vandalism thing. Apparently without a mayor's approval it's fine.

I don't remember what mod pointed out that it's against laws anywhere to vandalize property, but kudo's to them. Common sense rule, people. Also, I would agree with the bugbait throwing onto any property as vandalism.

I always warn them first (that I find it offensive), and if they continue, then I'll arrest them.
