[REQ] Give level 1 mobboss a lockpick

It's stupid that the level 1 mobboss has like no abilities.
I'm level 3 for SBGF, but I'm level 1 for UMLF and have no lockpick, therefore, being mobboss for the UMLF is pointless. You can't raid if you don't have a lockpick.

I think level 1 mobbosses should either have a lockpick, or the Mobbosses should share levels.

My guess is that for the whole first level you either plan raids on shitty stores, or pay thieves to lockpick the doors for you.

Either way is shitty in my opinion.

I'm sure in some cases it would be allowed, like telling him to go lockpick them and leave them open for you and your mob.

Well you'd have to look for other people's mistake and organise your gangsters to look for places to raid.
This forces you to be creative about your raid.

If you got a lockpick, you can easily raid on your own, but without it -> you'd need your gangsters.

Like trying to raid a cook who's trying to place a microwave.
Someone has to carry the microwave, Someone has to clear the path and someone should be on the lookout.
You shoot the cook who spawned the mircowave and run off with it while your gangster cover you.

With the lockpick you'll try this alone.
