Welding

Okay so I've mentioned this before, but most of these things confound me. Whenever I try to weld it positions a ghost image of the welded object against it, but I have no idea how to control the angle/position of the objects I'm welding. Like if I wanna weld two objects together it automatically makes them perpendicular (as in they're not parallel and the ends won't meet).

Also is there a weld tool I can use to just zap shit together without angling it or anything? A friendly member taught me how to use the precision tool and it is the shit. Also...

Advanced duping. When I do it it's called advanced derping. Absolutely no idea what I'm doing, but apparently it's recommended in case of a sudden cleanup that might be responsible for leaving my microwave on the floor for everybody to see its undergarments. The rape it violently, kidnap it, and devour its insides in the dark tunnels of the subway. xD

Just use left click to weld things, also to dupe something right click it with the duplicator too you can save the duplication if you want from the dupe menu.

to advance dupe your base, just weld everything together by left clicking (annoying and tedious but better than rebuilding a whole base) and then copy it with adv dupe, open the q menu and hit save.
