I was entering the PD to interrogate the Mobboss who had just been arrested from the front entrance and i turned around to close the first door to enter but two gangsters were blocking the door. As I was entering one said something along the lines of "I will do anything to get in there" and after hearing that and seeing that they were blocking the door I opened fire for my safety due to the fact that at least one was armed and the other had fists out. Ivef was one of the people who died and immediatly after dying he came over and without saying one thing banned me, I think I should have been given a fair audience by an unbiased Admin who was not involved. Its not fair that I get banned without the Admin even saying one thing.

Spycrab and I were outside of the door, as we were standing in front of the front door to PD. Immediately, without warning you shoot us both for just being there. I did not ban you without saying a word. I teleported to you and asked why you killed us both. I checked your warnings and due to your history of RDM, it was obvious to me that you did not have enough respect for the rules to follow them.

I questioned you over the mic, even though that is not logged, you responded to me in chat. So the whole "Didn't say one thing" is not going to work. Plus there would be no reason for me to teleport to you if I had intentions to just warn you after re spawning.

As a CP, you cannot just shoot people under assumptions, you asumed that at least one of us was armed, which was probably true but did not mean we were going to break in. Your defense in game when I asked you why you did it was "thats not fair, id like one of you to try to go to a police station where you live and try to block the door", if you want to bring real life into this, an actual cop would not just shoot someone for standing in front of a door.

You didn't warn them to move, you didn't check if any had a weapon. Shooting them for standing in the way is totally unacceptable.
Last but not least the admin asked you question before banning. You lied in appealing your ban / warning. That will never help you
