Seeing how your brother always goes to the parents, do this.

When he is not prepared, jump him, and beat the shit out of him, but not hit the visible areas that could leads marks. Make the him angry, and chase you. Quickly run to your parents, as quietly as you can, and then, when you get near, walk. Enter their room, or whatever they are in, and ask them a small talk question. They will notice you, and if that little guy will fly out punching you, while they see it, don't defend your self. Moan in pain, if the assault looked powerful. Your parents will try to take care of you, while bashing on your brother.

If you proceed doing this too often, they will know there's something fishy about it, and if they find out, you might be hated for a long time, while your brother will fully regain his trust from your parents.

If the guy waits outside, leave the parents door open, and when you walk out, keep talking to them. Walk around a corner, and run.


If he tells on you, however, try to convince them you didn't do it. If that doesn't work, apologies before your brother, and offer him something(Something small, like do something, or bring him some junk food)(The parents must be looking).






When your parents are home again, watch, or do something with them. Then, say you're going to your room to play for a bit.(Be really kind to them while doing so).
Then, wait till your brother is going to the kitchen, if you have a slippy floor, kick him in the legs to he would fall(He must fall that badly, so he wouldn't be able to stand up for a while, nothing too serious, mind your soroundings).(NOTE:Parents must not hear or see you going out from your room). Quickly run back to your room(quietly), and stay there for a second, run out(Now, make sure you run as loudly as you can), shouting to your brother what happened. Call your parents, saying how he needs help, and then pick him up with their help. If he will try to attack you again, he will be now hated.

Do such small things to him, and soon enough, he won't be trustworthy. Then, you can beat the shit out of him everyday.

When it comes down to it, he needs to be punished. He needs to be restricted from access to do anymore harm. Talk to your parents and if they do nothing, tell them that you'll take the matter into your own hands. Or don't. Or tell them after you already have.
